Refund Policy In the event that you must withdraw from Summer Camps, the following refund policy applies: • Cancellations six weeks prior to camp start date: Full Refund (minus $35 processing/admin fee) • Cancellations three to five weeks prior to camp start date: 50% Refund (minus $35 processing/admin fee) • Cancellations zero to two weeks prior to camp start date: No Refund Medical Reason / Accommodations: - A medical note is required. • 5 to 7 weeks - full refund (minus $35 processing/ admin fee) • 2 to 4 weeks - 60% refund (minus $35 processing/ admin fee) • 0 to 1 week - 40% refund (minus $35) processing/ admin fee)
