Refund Policy – Camps

In the event that you must withdraw from Summer Camps, the following refund policy applies:

•   Cancellations six weeks prior to camp start date: Full Refund (minus $35 processing/admin fee)

•   Cancellations three to five weeks prior to camp start date: 50% Refund (minus $35 processing/admin fee)

•   Cancellations zero to two weeks prior to camp start date: No Refund

Medical Reason / Accommodations:

  • A medical note is required. • 5 to 7 weeks – full refund (minus $35 processing/ admin fee) • 2 to 4 weeks – 60% refund (minus $35 processing/ admin fee) • 0 to 1 week – 40% refund (minus $35) processing/ admin fee)

Cancellation Policy (Camp):

The Administration Fee is intended to defray some of the set-ups, preparation costs, and other expenses incurred. A refund will be given only if a reasonable medical cause and the form are provided. Refund minus the $35 admin fee.

MINOR (CHILD) PHOTO RELEASE DISCLAIMER

As a registered athlete (camps/drop-ins/club) at IMPACT Volleyball Club (IVC), I, the parent or legal guardian of the athlete [Child] grant IVC [Party Receiving Permission] my permission to use the photographs for any legal use, including but not limited to publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.
Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become
payable to me by reason of such use.

If no consent is given, please indicate in writing to IVC so we can make arrangements to accommodate.
